Terms and Conditions1. GeneralBy requesting or using our electrical services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all commercial electrical services provided by our company.2. Estimates and QuotationsAll estimates and quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation and are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Any changes to the project scope, site conditions, materials, or specifications may result in additional charges.3. Scope of ServicesOur services are limited to the work outlined in the approved quotation, proposal, or service agreement. Any additional work requested by the customer will be considered extra work and may require a revised quotation or written approval.4. Permits and InspectionsWhere required, electrical permits and inspections will be arranged in accordance with applicable regulations. Permit fees and inspection costs may be included in the quotation or charged separately as specified in the agreement.5. Pricing and PaymentPayment terms will be specified in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Deposits, progress payments, or advance payments may be required depending on the size and nature of the project. Late payments may be subject to applicable interest or collection costs as permitted by law.6. Changes and Additional WorkAny changes, modifications, or additions requested after work has started may affect the project schedule and total cost. Additional work will be billed at applicable labour and material rates.7. Customer ResponsibilitiesCustomers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area and ensure that the site is ready for the scheduled work. Delays caused by restricted access, other contractors, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.8. Existing ConditionsWe are not responsible for hidden defects, existing electrical problems, code violations, or undocumented installations discovered during the project. Any corrective work required will be treated as additional work.9. Materials and EquipmentMaterials supplied by our company remain our property until full payment has been received. We do not provide a warranty on customer-supplied materials or equipment.10. Project DelaysWe are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including material shortages, supplier delays, weather conditions, permit processing, inspection scheduling, or delays caused by other trades.11. WarrantyWe stand behind the quality of our workmanship and provide a workmanship warranty as specified in the service agreement or invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or defects in manufacturer-supplied products.12. Limitation of LiabilityOur liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or operations, except where prohibited by applicable law.13. Health and SafetyAll work will be performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and workplace safety requirements. We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.14. Cancellations and SchedulingCustomers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered, work has commenced, or resources have been scheduled specifically for the project.15. PrivacyAny personal or business information collected during the course of providing our services will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete the project or comply with legal obligations.16. Governing LawThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.17. Updates to Terms and ConditionsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
